Next Level Support Services is a disability support care provider based on the beautiful Macleay Island.

As a husband-and-wife team, we offer a fun-focused support service and respite service. We also offer emergency respite accommodation and after-hours support. At Next Level Support Services, we aim to provide care and support focused to individual needs.

It has been our long-term goal to operate our own support service with our very own registered nurse on-site. Mary-Jane has over 10 years’ experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting, so you can have complete confidence in receiving the highest level of care. Josh has experience in disability support work, he is fun-loving, genuine and caring in nature. We love the outdoors; boating, fishing, island hopping, camping and would love for you to come with us and experience the beautiful Southern Moreton Bay Islands.

We adhere to government standards for quality and safety and align our services with the guidelines and principles of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

We have recently submitted our application to become an NDIS registered provider. While waiting for approval, we are currently seeking to provide care and support for self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants.
